Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Moody National Companies battled an accelerated timeline, new job site safety protocols, rain, and negotiations with Hedwig Village over adding a sixth floor in order to complete construction on Phase I of the multi-phase, mixed-use project Village Towers. Citing these challenges and the scale of the project, Houston Business Journal named Village Towers a finalist for “Project of the Year” in the Office Building or Campus category of the 2021 Landmark Awards.

Current tenants include 2nd.MD, Masraff’s, Prologis, Spur Energy, Texadelphia, and Treebeards, all of which Jackson Walker partner Michael Kuhn negotiated leases with on behalf of Moody National.
