Jackson Walker assisted its client Neohydro Corp. in reaching a strategic partnership agreement with Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. The deal, which closed on June 26, will provide significant advantages to both companies.

Neohydro designs and manufactures advanced water treatment systems for commercial applications including the oil and gas industry, while Rockwater provides fluids management and environmental services to the oilfield industry. Both companies are based in Houston. The partnership enhances Rockwater’s advanced water treatment capabilities, while providing Neohydro with access to the fluids conditioning market in every major basin in North America.
