SAN ANTONIO, Texas—Jackson Walker announces the relocation of its San Antonio offices to The Jefferson Building at 1900 Broadway, located north of downtown San Antonio in the Pearl District. Occupying two floors with the main reception area located on Level 12, Jackson Walker’s new space features floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout, an expansive conference center, collaborative spaces, and dedicated workspace for all employees, including 60 uniformly sized offices.
“Our clients and our people are at the center of everything we do, so we were very intentional about centering the design around community and collaboration,” said Julia W. Mann, managing partner of the San Antonio office.

Over the course of several years, Jackson Walker and the team at Gensler worked together to map out the new space and how it would look and feel. The design, Julia noted, obviously had to be uniquely San Antonio. “From the expansive glass windows to the warm color palette found in the mosaic tiles, woods, and everything in between, we were deliberate about emulating our city’s rich history, culture, and friendly ambience.”
San Antonio’s more than 300-year history is steeped in heritage and tradition, from the original missions of San Antonio to the HemisFair ’68 world fair.
“This move allows us to be a significant contributor to the future of San Antonio and the surrounding area,” Mann said. “As part of our attorneys’ commitment to serve within local community and professional organizations, we have the opportunity to open our offices up to the organizations that strengthen and enhance our city. Our new space gives us the flexibility and room to do even more.”
Throughout the new offices at 1900 Broadway is a balanced mix of spacious conference rooms encased in glass, 60 uniform offices, shared open offices for professional staff, and six meeting rooms with views overlooking the city. One of the meeting rooms features a collaborative space with lounge seating to promote the free flow of ideas.
The new space also features the latest conference room technology, including a video conferencing studio. With comfortable lounge seating, coffee rooms on both floors, and the location of the new offices in the Pearl neighborhood, the firm hopes to create an environment that feels like home and that will attract new talent from around San Antonio and beyond. With almost 50 attorneys and about 70 local employees, the new office provides the right amount of space and amenities to grow.
