Scott’s practice covers a wide range of real estate matters, including industrial projects, high-rise office buildings, mixed-use condominiums, senior living facilities, retail shopping centers, and multi-family developments. Scott also represents investors and private equity funds in all areas of real estate, including due diligence and the formation of joint ventures.

Scott received his B.A., cum laude, from Baylor University and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.
