Jackson Walker partner Suzan Kedron was recently selected as a Southwest Woman of Influence by the editors of Real Estate Forum magazine. Suzan appeared in the November issue of the magazine, which was also distributed at the magazine’s RealShare Phoenix event on December 2, 2015.

The honor recognizes women professionals in the real estate industry for their exceptional track records and significant contributions to the industry and to their individual organizations’ overall success.

The article quotes Allan R. Brown, Jr., a principal with Prevarian Hospital Partners and a client of Suzan’s. “Suzan has become widely known in the Dallas real estate industry as a singularly remarkable land use attorney and counselor without equal,” Mr. Brown states. The profile also notes Suzan’s civic involvement, citing her “dedication to Habitat for Humanity, working behind the scenes with City Council and other city officials on behalf of the group.”

Suzan, a LEED Green Associate, represents real estate developers, land owners and public entities in a variety of land use and real estate development issues. Her practice focuses on the following issues: zoning, development, planning, due diligence, economic development incentives, tax increment financing, green building, permitting, affordable housing, and litigation. Suzan received her B.A. in architecture from Columbia University and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
