Jose’s vast experience representing leading software and semiconductor companies in high-stakes litigation is particularly well-suited to resolving client’s IP disputes in today’s technology landscape. His experience also includes technologies such as online commerce, gaming and digital media, electric vehicles, fintech, and AI.

Jose received his B.S., with honors, from the University of Florida, his M.Eng. from Cornell University, and his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown Law. He is also an IAPP certified AI Governance Professional.
