Biography
Ali Burner advises a wide range of clients in transactional matters, with a particular focus on the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, trading, marketing and hedging industries. Her practice focuses on derivatives and trading transactions, the development, construction, operation and maintenance of renewable energy and infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Ali practiced at an international law firm.
