Allen Moon serves as senior counsel in Jackson Walker’s Dallas office, concentrating his practice on patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation. He brings a strong technical background in mechanical and life sciences technologies, with experience spanning aerospace, medical devices, oil field tools, and advanced engineering systems.
Allen’s practice includes preparing and prosecuting utility and design patent applications, managing inter partes review and reexamination proceedings, and advising on infringement and invalidity analyses. He is skilled at helping clients protect their innovations, resolve disputes, and develop strategies for portfolio growth and risk management.
