Biography

Alyssa McLeod is a first-year associate in the firm’s Finance group. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate finance, representing banks and other institutional lenders in the origination, construction, and refinancing of loans secured by office, multifamily, industrial, and retail properties. She has experience in due diligence and title/survey review; drafting loan documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes, security instruments, guarantees, assignments of leases and rents, and intercreditor agreements; and coordinating all aspects of closing.
