Biography
Bailey King is an attorney in the Litigation practice of Jackson Walker’s Fort Worth office.
As a summer associate with Jackson Walker, Bailey conducted legal research, drafted briefs and motions across a range of subject-matter areas, and prepared comprehensive discovery responses that advanced clients’ positions.
While attending law school at Texas Tech University, Bailey served as a law clerk at the 72nd District Court of Texas, where she attended trials and hearings, prepared bench memoranda and post-trial briefs, and performed in-depth statutory and case-law analysis to inform judicial decision-making. A two-time regional champion and national semifinalist in the ABA Arbitration Competition, Bailey combines refined advocacy skills with practical experience gained from drafting dispositive motions for the Lubbock City Attorney’s Office and managing discovery in multifaceted litigation.
