Biography
Brooke Yarborough is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Finance & Banking practice group in the Dallas office. Brooke advises lenders and borrowers on a broad spectrum of commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated and single-lender financings, including revolving and term loans, and acquisition financings. Her practice spans industries such as oil and gas, technology media and telecommunications (TMT), real estate, and retail, with experience navigating the distinct collateral, regulatory, and operational considerations that arise in each sector.
Brooke regularly counsels clients on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of complex credit arrangements and intercreditor relationships. She assists clients through each stage of the transaction lifecycle—from initial term sheet and commitment papers through closing and post-closing administration—maintaining a focus on clarity, risk allocation, and execution efficiency. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, conducting legal due diligence, coordinating title and survey examinations, and managing lien perfection and closing deliverables. Brooke also supports clients with amendments, extensions, and refinancings, as well as collateral substitutions and releases, to help keep facilities aligned with evolving business objectives.
Brooke works closely with clients and counterparties to streamline timelines, resolve diligence issues early, and deliver transactions on schedule. She combines careful attention to detail with an understanding of market terms to help clients achieve commercial outcomes while protecting their long-term interests.
