Biography

Brooke Yarborough is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Finance & Banking practice in the Dallas office. Brooke advises clients on a broad range of commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated and single-lender financings, and acquisition financing across industries such as oil and gas, real estate, technology, and retail. She has experience assisting clients in loan documentation, due diligence review, title and survey examination, and post-closing coordination.
