Biography

Caitlin Ferrell is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s San Antonio office.

While in law school, Caitlin served as a Staff Writer of the St. Mary’s Law Journal and was the recipient of the “Staff Writer Excellence Award.” Caitlin also served as the lead Research Assistant for Professor David Grenardo and assisted him in the drafting of several now published articles on cutting-edge legal issues. Caitlin also worked with Jackson Walker’s Corporate & Securities group as a summer associate in 2021 and 2022, assisting with various business matters including mergers and acquisitions, complex financial transactions, entity formation and governance, and healthcare transactions.

Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Caitlin served as a group manager and director of marketing for healthcare companies. In those roles, Caitlin’s responsibilities consisted of negotiating contracts with insurance companies and creating and planning advertising strategies.
