Biography

Cassidy Tresidder is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Cassidy’s practice focuses on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation and governance matters.

While in law school, Cassidy served as a summer associate in Jackson Walker’s Real Estate and Corporate practice groups where she drafted a broad range of transactional documents and performed comprehensive due-diligence reviews in connection with high-dollar closings. Cassidy also gained valuable appellate experience as a judicial intern at the Supreme Court of Texas.
