Biography
Duncan Robinson is an attorney in the Trial & Appellate Litigation section of Jackson Walker’s Houston office.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Duncan clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Christina A. Bryan where he authored comprehensive memorandums and recommendations on dispositive motions across a spectrum of civil litigation. Additionally, Duncan prepared Judge Bryan for hearings and jury trials.
Before his legal career, Duncan was a member of the Dartmouth College baseball team. After graduating, Duncan was selected by the Chicago Cubs in the ninth round of the 2016 MLB Draft. Duncan pitched for the Chicago Cubs for five seasons before enrolling at Baylor Law School. At Baylor, Duncan was an active member of the Baylor Law Advocacy Program. In 2024, Baylor won the AAJ’s Mock Trial National Championship with Duncan being named the competition’s best advocate.
