Biography
Hailey Oestreich is an associate in Jackson Walker’s litigation section. Hailey has extensive experience in all phases of the dispute resolution process, such as jury trials, appeals, and pre-suit negotiations. Hailey regularly practices in Texas state and federal court and has handled numerous suits across the country, including in Ohio, North Carolina, and Florida. Hailey also has experience in federal bankruptcy courts in adversary proceedings, as well as in litigious complex Chapter 11 proceedings.
Hailey has represented entities and individuals across a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, trucking, real estate, financial services, and software. Her practice experience focuses on partnership/shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty matters, construction disputes, and trademark matters. Hailey regularly represents managers, officers, and directors in lawsuits relating to management disputes or a shareholder claims.
