Biography
Jared DeFelice litigates energy and commercial disputes and assists with energy-asset transactions.
As a summer associate at Jackson Walker, Jared drafted motions, managed discovery, and performed due diligence on oil and gas deals.
During law school, Jared served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Don R. Willett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and later as a judicial extern to the Honorable Matthew J. Kacsmaryk of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He was also a legal extern in the Notre Dame Department of Athletics.
At Angelo State University, Jared was a member of the football team, where he competed as a punter and a kicker.
Outside of the office, you can find Jared watching Notre Dame Football and the Dallas Cowboys, lifting weights and exploring the outdoors.
