Biography
Jenny Roan Forgey is an attorney in the Land Use section of Jackson Walker’s Austin Office. Specializing in intricate real estate transactions, Jenny focuses on the development of residential and commercial mixed-use communities and governance design for complex master-planned communities.
In addition to her proficiency in sophisticated development plans, Jenny manages traditional commercial and residential acquisitions and sales. Her experience spans regulatory, corporate, and real property issues encountered by P3s, open government compliance, investor-owned water utilities, and internet service providers.
Jenny’s guidance is sought after for drafting planned community governance documents across various residential and commercial products. She has successfully formed condominium regimes, overseen the sale and purchase of commercial properties and raw land, and demonstrated a nuanced understanding of legal intricacies in the real estate domain.
