Biography

Julie Singleton is a partner in the Banking and Finance practice group of Jackson Walker. Her practice focuses on representing a broad range of financial institutions in connection with their lending and debt financing transactions across the United States.

Julie regularly leads all aspects of complex financing transactions, including the negotiation of loan documents and the oversight of comprehensive due diligence efforts. Her experience further extends to drafting a wide range of real estate transaction documents, as well as structuring, documenting, and closing diverse commercial real estate transactions.
