Biography

Justin B. Cox is an attorney in the Trial & Appellate Litigation practice of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. He represents clients in complex, high-exposure commercial disputes, including breach of contract, real estate, tort and personal injury, utility services, and construction matters.

He has defended frivolous eviction and retaliatory claims, with a focus on early motion practice and careful record development. Justin regularly drafts pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and briefs, including dispositive motions, delivering clear, practical advocacy from pre-suit through appeal.
