Biography

Kelly McConnell is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Fort Worth office. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, private equity, restructuring, and corporate governance matters.

Kelly received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where he studied under a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While in law school, Kelly served as Staff Editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and worked as a legal intern for a large American-based midstream petroleum company.
