Biography
Lauren Benigeri is an attorney in the Litigation & Appellate practice of Jackson Walkerā€™s Austin office. She represents corporate clients of all sizes in complex commercial disputes. Her experience includes antitrust claims, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and trade secret matters. She has significant experience drafting dispositive motions and other substantive briefs, including successful motions for summary judgment and oppositions to motions to dismiss. She also guides clients through investigations in both the internal compliance and governmental enforcement contexts, including through conducting interviews, drafting reports, and making recommendations to clients to improve compliance efforts and minimize risk.
