Leslie T. Tan is a seasoned senior counsel with expertise in labor and employment matters and complex civil litigation. With a robust practice that spans state and federal courts throughout Texas, Leslie provides comprehensive legal services to employers, guiding them through challenging situations, from daily operations to litigation and all stages in between.

Leslie represents employers in administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes. Additionally, Leslie conducts sensitive investigations for both public and private entities. Her extensive background in insurance defense includes first and third-party coverage issues and bad faith litigation arising out of personal and commercial liability and property policies.
