Luke Bohmfalk

Biography

Luke Bohmfalk is an attorney in Jackson Walker’s Austin office whose practice focuses on corporate and securities matters.

While in law school, Luke served as Managing Editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal and worked as a legal intern for a large communications infrastructure company. Additionally, Luke worked with Jackson Walker’s Corporate & Securities group as a summer associate in 2021 and 2022.

Luke is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Jackson Walker, he worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at one of the Big 4 Accounting firms.
