Biography
MacKenzie Dunnehoo is an attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group in Jackson Walkerā€™s Fort Worth office. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate development and investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and asset management matters.
MacKenzie has experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, entity formation documents, management agreements, and commercial leases involving retail, industrial, and office properties. She also assists with real estate finance matters, including the preparation and negotiation of loan agreements, promissory notes, guaranties, and related security instruments for both singleā€‘asset and portfolio financings.
