Biography

Matt represents companies, directors, and officers, in high-stakes civil litigation and government investigations. His experience includes defending against allegations under the False Claims Act, Sherman Act, Foreign Agents Registration Act, and criminal tax laws.

Matt also advises clients in internal investigations and defends them in civil enforcement actions. He has experience drafting motions and conducting legal research on a range of issues from terrorism to fraud.

Matt practiced at a leading law firm in Washington, D.C. before joining Jackson Walker.
