Biography

Matthew O’Reilly is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walkerā€™s Dallas office.

While attending law school, Matthew served as a summer associate at Jackson Walker, where he assisted the Corporate and Real Estate practice groups.

B.A., The University of Texas at Austin

J.D., Duke University School of Law

While at Duke, Matthew worked on the Innocence Project where he read through inmates’ letters and make recommendations on the viability of their innocence claims.

At the University of Texas, Matthew was a member of the Heman Sweatt Center which helped organize events for African American males on campus.
