Biography

Sarah Luckey Clifford is an attorney in Jackson Walker’s Corporate & Securities practice group, with experience representing public and private companies, venture capital funds, strategic investors, emerging growth companies, and entrepreneurs.

Her practice focuses on entity formations, venture capital financings, public and private offerings, and mergers & acquisitions, including both buy- and sell-side transactions.

In addition to her financing work, Sarah counsels boards, founders, and investors on corporate governance, capitalization, operational, and compliance matters.

Sarah maintains an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on human and civil rights, immigration matters, and non-profit representation.
