Amanda L. Shaw
Amanda L. Shaw is a transactional associate in the Energy and Finance sections at Jackson Walker.
Ms. Shaw's practice is concentrated in the area of energy finance. She has experience handling energy based single lender and syndicated credit facilities. She works closely with financial institutions in negotiating, documenting and closing unsecured and secured credit facilities. Ms. Shaw assists financial institutions in providing ongoing due diligence in connection with revolving lines of credit and letter of credit facilities. She also advises financial institutions on matters relating to the restructuring of problem loans with the goal of maximizing any recovery on behalf of the client.
Ms. Shaw has experience drafting and negotiating master service agreements and transloading and storage terminal agreements.
Ms. Shaw advises Jackson Walker's public and private corporate clients on general corporate matters, corporate governance, entity formation and dissolution, and corporate compliance. She also has experience in a variety of other business transactions, including asset sales and acquisitions, commercial lending and general contract matters.
