One month after denying a motion to certify a 20,000-member class action, U.S. District Judge John McBryde on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, granted motions for summary judgment filed by American Airlines, its pension administration committee, and Jackson Walker client American Airlines Federal Credit Union (AAFCU).
Dallas partners Jonathan D. Neerman and Edwin M. Buffmire represent AAFCU in the suit. The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas â Fort Worth Division.
