The Texas Association of Broadcasters (TAB) will honor Jackson Walker partner Stacy Allen with the Distinguished Service Award during its Annual Awards Gala, set for Thursday, August 7, 2025, at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, Texas. This event brings together radio and television professionals from across Texas and the United States to celebrate the outstanding achievements of broadcast leaders and stations.

With over 30 years of experience litigating complex state and federal cases nationwide, Stacy Allen has built a reputation for his aggressive approach to discovery and trial preparation, consistently achieving favorable judgments and settlements for a diverse range of sophisticated commercial clients. His national practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, defense of federal and state class actions against insurers, representation of media companies and news organizations in defamation and privacy tort claims, defense of managed care companies in provider contract disputes, and a variety of other commercial lawsuits and arbitrations involving breach of contract, unfair trade practices, fraud, and business torts.
