Brian Harris has represented clients in Texas and throughout the United States in the acquisition and disposition of commercial office, retail, raw land, industrial and mixed use properties, in the acquisition of ground lease interests and property portfolios, and in the sale of partnership interests. He has also represented both landlords and tenants in Texas and throughout the U.S. in the leasing of a wide range of properties, including commercial office, retail, mixed use, ground leased, industrial, hotel and medical office.
Brian regularly represents commercial property owners in a variety of other matters, including investment management, property management, leasing brokerage, easements, parking and disputes.
