Several Jackson Walker attorneys recently authored the law book Texas Forms – Real Estate 2013, published by Jones McClure.

Texas Forms – Real Estate is a comprehensive and reliable source of forms for attorneys who handle commercial and residential real estate. Forms included in the book cover a wide range of transactions—from a basic hunting lease to a complex financing arrangement. In compiling and preparing Texas Forms – Real Estate, the authors aimed to both provide a comprehensive collection of forms to cover most transactions encountered by a real estate practitioner, and to ensure the forms were sophisticated and reliable enough to meet the ever-growing complexity of real estate practice in Texas.

This edition of Texas Forms – Real Estate includes 22 new forms and new explanatory notes for many forms to give an overall understanding of the forms’ purposes and offer specific guidance on clauses and how they may be altered to fit a client’s specific needs.
