Energy Forum Focuses on Texas Electric Reliability Now and in the Future I NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

January 29, 2024 | Mentions

On Friday, January 26, 2024, Jackson Walker hosted and sponsored the 2024 Annual Energy Forum at our Dallas office. Pablo Vega, Chief Executive Officer of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, led the forum alongside Richard P. Dealy, president and Chief Operating Officer of Pioneer Natural Resources.

The Energy Forum tackled key challenges and opportunities in the Texas energy landscape, examining current supply levels, future demand projections, and the exploration of diverse energy sources.

As noted by Pablo Vega, “We are doing everything here in Texas to incentivize the growth of the energy we need to serve everybody every day. And we’re starting to see some real payback from the investments and the changes that the legislature has made recently.”
