Consisting of 16 members, the LEAD Academy is a leadership-development program which focuses on helping women attorneys achieve success in their firms, in their communities, and in the legal profession. The LEAD Academy’s program teaches participants to lead in a way that is authentic and effective, empower themselves with self-awareness and self-confidence, advance their firm or organization, and develop professional networks.

About Kayla Tanner

Kayla’s practice involves all forms of commercial and business litigation. Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Kayla served as a law clerk to the Honorable Phil Johnson, Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas. She graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, summa cum laude, where she was Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review.
