Each year, Chambers and Partners releases its flagship guides that identify leading practitioners and law firms in the United States and around the world through the culmination of thousands of interviews with attorneys and clients conducted by over 200 research analysts.

Amy BairdAmy Baird, ranked for Energy: State Regulatory & Litigation (Oil & Gas) in Texas, represents clients in the energy industry, handling complex commercial litigation, project development, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters. Her experience spans the representation of a wide range of industry participants, including natural gas gatherers, oil and gas producers, interstate and intrastate natural gas pipelines, natural gas liquids and crude oil pipelines, natural gas processors, gas marketers, storage and terminalling operators, merchant power plants, local distribution companies, municipally owned gas and power distributors, industrial gas and power end users, cogeneration facilities, and utility regulators.

His substantial upstream representations include sellers and buyers in acquisitions and divestitures, borrowers and lenders in reserve-based lending transactions, and grantors and grantees in conveyancing transactions. He also has led various diligence examinations with regards to property and title issues.

Meghan GriffithsMeghan Griffiths, ranked for the ninth consecutive year for Energy: State Regulatory & Litigation (Electricity) in Texas, advises and represents clients in the energy and electric power sectors on project development, commercial transactions, regulatory matters, and litigation. Her clients include power generators, utilities, retail electric providers, large power users, and companies with major infrastructure needs.
