Stephanie Chandler Speaks on Trends in the Biotech Industry for Entrepreneurial Success

Jackson Walker partner Stephanie Chandler will be speaking at the closing session of this year’s Emerging Medical Technology Symposium at Innotech on April 4, 2012, in San Antonio, Texas.

The panel, entitled “Pearls for Business Growth and Building Value at Each Stage,” will be moderated by Fred Dinger, the President & CEO of ENTrigue Surgical, Inc. and include panelists Dr. John Harper, Senior Vice President, Global Clinical Development and Clinical Sciences, Kinetic Concepts, Inc.; Lee Cusenbary, General Counsel, Mission Pharmacal Company; and Gary Frashier, President Principal at Management Associates & Chairman of the Board for ViroXis.

Ms. Chandler’s practice emphasizes securities transactions, reporting and compliance; mergers and acquisitions; technology licensing and commercialization, and general corporate work.
