Jackson Walker is pleased to announce the promotion of longtime HR leader Nicola Noel to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. In this firmwide leadership position, Nicola will assume responsibility for all facets of the Firm’s human resources operations, including compensation strategy, records management, succession planning, employee relations, retention initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Nicola joined Jackson Walker in 1994. Over nearly three decades, she has served in numerous roles of increasing responsibility, leveraging her experience in family law, real estate, and litigation. As Chief Human Resources Officer, she will continue to guide the Firm in researching, drafting, and refining policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines designed to uphold Jackson Walker’s values while positioning the Firm for sustained success.
