Meet Kelly

For over 25 years, Kelly D. Cobb has represented and counseled employers in navigating the intricacies of U.S. business immigration law. She has worked with companies to develop and implement immigration programs focusing on compliance, efficiency, and cost savings. Kelly’s practice includes working directly with multiple government agencies to file applications and petitions for all visa categories and paths to U.S. permanent residence and citizenship. G. Scott Fiddler is board certified in both labor & employment law and civil trial law, placing him among only approximately 25 attorneys in Texas board certified in both specialties. Scott’s resume is one of impressive wins in jury trials and published cases.
