David Moran Joins the Cristo Rey Dallas Board of Directors

David Moran, managing partner in our Dallas office, has joined the Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep Board of Directors. Cristo Rey Dallas, an innovative college-preparatory high school, serves families in Dallas’ Pleasant Grove neighborhood. By integrating a rigorous academic program with hands-on work in a professional environment, Cristo Rey Dallas allows families of all faiths with limited financial means the opportunity to provide their students with a high-quality private Catholic education and enables students to become men and women of purpose ready to succeed in college and in life.

The Board of Directors consists of business leaders and influencers who strongly believe in the school’s mission. The Board makes major policy decisions, sets the direction of the school as its governing body, and assists with fundraising efforts and job recruitment for the school’s corporate work-study program.

Meet David

David Moran is a trial lawyer with 30 years’ experience in the courtroom and a track record of achieving results for clients. His national practice is wide ranging, including business, tort, antitrust, aviation, class action, defamation, securities, insurance, and intellectual property matters. Additionally, David regularly handles appeals. He is also the managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office. David received his B.B.A. degree, with honors, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.
