Elaine Howard Speaks at 25th Annual Advanced Real Estate Drafting Course

Jackson Walker partner Elaine Howard spoke at the TexasBarCLE’s 25th Annual Advanced Real Estate Drafting Course on March 6-7, 2014, in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Howard delivered a presentation titled “Drafting Boilerplate to Avoid Litigation.”

Ms. Howard is a trial attorney focusing on real estate disputes, commercial litigation and employment law. Ms. Howard distinguishes herself by partnering with clients to determine their goals for litigation up front, to re-evaluate those goals as the litigation progresses, and to advise, inform, and counsel clients to obtain those goals. Ms. Howard frequently becomes involved in disputes at the pre-litigation stage, advising clients on economical workout strategies to resolve the issue, as well as reduce time and expense. Ms. Howard received her B.A. in Economics from Rice University, and she received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center.
