During the 47th Annual Ernest E. Smith Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Institute on Friday, March 26, Jackson Walker partner Joe F. Flack will present on title and environmental due diligence in oil and gas acquisitions. During the presentation, Joe will cover drafting issues and corresponding title and environmental examination measures to consider in connection with acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.

Presented by the University of Texas School of Law and the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the virtual conference features a distinguished faculty of academics and practitioners as they cover recent decisions on oil and gas leases, midstream agreements

His substantial upstream representations include sellers and buyers in acquisitions and divestitures, borrowers and lenders in reserve-based lending transactions, and grantors and grantees in conveyancing transactions.
