Jackson Walker is pleased to announce that Priya Coffey, managing partner of the firm’s Houston office, has been named a Texas region winner of Connect Media’s 2026 Women in Real Estate Awards. Presented by Connect CRE, the awards honor women in commercial real estate whose talent, drive, and fresh ideas have contributed their success and influence. Winners are recognized for their achievements, leadership, and mentorship.

Priya focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions. She represents buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of land, office buildings, and retail centers. She also represents landlords and tenants in commercial office and retail leasing transactions. In addition, she advises clients on City of Houston ordinances and other governmental compliance matters.

Along with leading the Houston office, Priya serves on Jackson Walker’s Management Committee, Compensation Committee, and Houston Business Development Committee.

Priya is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White Inc.) for Real Estate Law. She is also listed in the Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers for Commercial Real Estate Transactions.

Priya is active in the Houston community. She serves on the Board of Directors of Central Houston Inc., a member of the Executive Women’s Partnership of the Greater Houston Partnership, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Recipe for Success and on Covenant House’s Executive Sleep Out Committee. She is also a member of the South Asian Bar Association of Houston and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston, Inc.
