Jackson Walker has added three attorneys to its corporate and securities practice group. Additions include two of the most seasoned corporate lawyers in San Antonio, Steve Jacobs and Steve Seidel, who bring over 60 years of experience to the already robust corporate practice at Jackson Walker.

Jacobs, who previously was a partner at Jackson Walker, focuses on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters across industries.

Seidel brings decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Jackson Walker, he held roles as the managing director of a Texas-based law firm and as executive vice president and general counsel of Kinetic Concepts, Inc (KCI), now Acelity. Additionally, Seidel has considerable experience leading  major joint ventures for clients based in Mexico.

Jacobs and Seidel bring with them associate Noah Speck, who in addition to his experience at another large multinational firm, worked as an in-house corporate attorney for an aviation services company. Prior to law school, Noah practiced as a Certified Public Accountant, working for both a Big Four accounting firm and a San Antonio-based Fortune 50 energy company.
