Jackson Walker successfully represented CommZoom Communications, LLC, a San Antonio-based broadband and cable television company, in its raising of $8.4 million in equity from a private offering.

The offering was announced on Dec. 18, 2014. CommZoom Communications, formerly known as Coyote Communications, recently acquired cable and broadband assets in 11 South Texas markets. The new equity will help the company build retail locations that will support these local stores and markets.
