Freeman Group partnered in the acquisition with McGuire Moorman Hospitality, which owns and operates a number of award-winning restaurants in the Austin area, including Jeffrey’s, Josephine House, Clark’s Oyster Bar, Elizabeth Street Cafe, Perla’s and Lamberts Downtown Barbecue. The transaction was covered in the Austin Business Journal and Austin American Statesman.
