Biography
Cade Satterfield is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on all aspects of the private equity spectrum, including the creation of platforms for investment fund sponsors, structuring, formation and offering of private investment funds and the associated negotiations with institutional limited partners, and underlying portfolio level deal work. Cade’s representative transactional work includes mergers and acquisitions, real estate joint ventures, and growth and venture capital investments. In particular, Cade has significant experience in helping private real estate funds navigate all aspects of their investment spectrum, from fund formation to consummating portfolio transactions and negotiating complex joint ventures with some of the top operators across the country, including for underlying assets comprised of industrial, office, multifamily, senior living, medical office, and self-storage properties, among others.
Additionally, Cade represents private companies and investors in a broad array of engagements, including entity structuring and formation, offerings of debt and equity securities, and general transactional matters. Cade’s clients include private equity funds, private real estate investment funds, private real estate investment trusts, Delaware statutory trusts, hedge funds and family offices, as well as privately held companies, business owners and startup ventures in a wide variety of industries.
Cade has been involved in both domestic and international transactions, and frequently collaborates with Cayman Island, British Virgin Island and European fund and deal counsel.
