Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, HEPSA provides online program management services to partner universities to expand access to high-quality, affordable higher education to South African citizens. The company was founded by Best Associates, a privately owned merchant banking institution based in Dallas, Texas, that funds growth-oriented businesses, initiates start-ups, and makes acquisitions in targeted industries.
