Knowledge

Working on complex international transactions requires a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner – someone with a depth of knowledge that far surpasses the ability to speak a particular foreign language. At Jackson Walker, our international group includes several attorneys who are foreign nationals or have foreign citizenship, have served as senior executives in companies outside the United States or have been legal counsel to companies with many international locations. The knowledge gained through these experiences offers clients seasoned attorneys who are culturally immersed and who completely appreciate the business practices and methods unique to that country.
