Jackson Walker has successfully represented Zachry Group in the acquisition of Ambitech Engineering Corporation, a Chicago-based, global full-service provider of engineering, design, project management, procurement, and construction management services. Zachry has acquired all of Ambitech’s global businesses, including those in India, the Philippines, and the Middle East.

In negotiating the international aspects of the deal, the Jackson Walker team called on its Globalaw™ affiliates Link Legal in India, Zambrano Gruba Caganda & Advincula in the Philippines, and Apex Juris in the Middle East for advice on foreign law matters.
